Attention
All Leaders
–Announcement
that Michele Shedlock will be Pack Secretary and take minutes of all meetings
(starting now!).
–Leader calendar
books were distributed to all den leaders.
–Round-up
lower enrollment than last year. Den assignments where needed, will be handled
by Michele Appleby along with Rich & Bill Lobdell, trying to keep scouts
from the same school together. Would like to implement a Buddy System. Some
concerns about scouts with special needs, Helen Levine will add them to her den
because she knows the children, and is familiar with their needs, and the
children should be more comfortable with her. Laura Williams volunteered that
she is fluently bilingual (English/Spanish) if the need for interpretation
should arise.
–Michele
Appleby asked for names and email addresses for all assistant den leaders to be
added to our roster.

wonderful fundraiser several other organizations and schools in Stratford do
this fundraiser at the same time. Michele will research other fundraising
options and present at a future meeting.

confirm Eli Whitney for Thanksgiving weekend, November
23-25.
