Pack Meetings
General Information
- Pack 815 holds monthly Pack Meetings, generally
the 4th Tuesday of the month (although subject
to change, consult your Pack calendar!) beginning
promptly at 7:00 pm at Murdock's cafeteria.
Pack Meetings last approximately 1 hour,
15 minutes.
- Canned goods are welcomed for distribution
to charity.
- All dens come together for this event which
begins with a flag ceremony.
- Continues with fun songs, skits, jokes, a
den presentation. Scouts who have earned
awards, pins, belt loops, throughout the
month are presented with their awards at
the Pack Meeting.
- And we end with a raffle!
- Recommend you arrive early (suggested 6:45pm)
to get through Uniform Inspection and to
participate in pre-Pack Meeting gathering
activities.
- We are a large Pack, and need your help to
keep disruptions to a minimum during the
Pack Meeting. Please help the scouts to
stay
focused on the meeting.
- If parents and den leader must have a brief
business conversation, we request you do
so either prior to, or after the Pack Meeting,
or if absolutely necessary during the Pack
Meeting, please be considerate and take
the
conversation to the outside covered play
area.
- Raffle tickets are distributed to scouts
at the Uniform
Inspection table, prior to the Pack Meeting,
for the following:
1 - for attending Pack Meeting
1 - for wearing full, class A uniform
1 - if leader is present in full, class
A
uniform
1 - if leader attended district Roundtable
that month
1 - for EVERY 2 canned good items donated
and new for 2000 - 2001
1 - for selling $100 of popcorn, or more
