Serving the towns of Antrim, Bennington, Hancock & Greenfield, NH, Pack 2 is one of the oldest charters in the Monadnock District of New Hampshire's Daniel Webster Council, Boy Scouts of America. We are a small but active pack comprised of four dens:

                                                 Our first Webelos campout with Troop 2

On Friday, Sep.4th, the Webelo's and Boy Scouts were not home for long after school..... we were going camping! At 4:30 we all met at the Greg Lake boat launch where we loaded up. Then we were ready for departure. The Boy Scouts canoed across the lake, while the Webelos took a motorboat. Scouts attending were Webelo I Hunter , Webelos II were Brendon, Cameron, Jared, Jonathan, Noah, Brendan & Myself Colin. The 5 Boy Scouts were Mikey (SPL), Christopher (my Brother), Ethan, Sean and Liam. 

While we were there, we helped set up our tents, fished, went on a hike in the forest, cooked our own meals, swam, roasted marshmellos, told scary stories around the campfire, and had popcorn. We also worked on, and the Webeols II earned, their Totin' chip and Firemans chit. Our first real Boy Scouts achievements! The Totin chip is how to use, carry and care for, knifes, ax, hatchet and saw. For the Firemans chit we had to try to build fires different ways. We tried using a bow, magnesium & magnifying glass.

Sunday morning after breakfast we took down our tents cleaned up our campsite and left. We all had a great time!
