Pack 309 is run by volunteers. Those who have stepped forward to be Leaders for our boys are required to take a few Leader Training courses through the local Cub Scout District and Council (BSA Online Learning Center). We encourage parents who are Leaders to take this training at their earliest convenience in Sept. or Oct. as offered as it gives great insight into projects, activities, and working with our boys to become better Cub Scouts and young men.

Last year the pack purchased a new track. The boys and their families enjoyed the entire derby experience with computer timing, big screen results display and finish line drama.
